I’ve always been passionate about cooking—but even more passionate about people. To me, good food does more than fill plates; it brings people together. The table is where community is formed, fellowship happens, and memories are made, and that’s what I want to cultivate for the rest of my life.

Growing up in East Tennessee, I loved BBQ—but I knew there was so much more. Moving to Texas changed the game. The bold flavors, the smoky perfection, and the culture around it fueled my fire to learn, experiment, and chase better BBQ. JoeRobs was born out of a close friendship strengthened through that journey, and a desire to share it with others.

Through countless hours of research, testing, trial and error (and plenty of eating), we’ve crafted BBQ that we believe is some of the best most people will ever taste. This is just the beginning of what we hope will grow into a lifelong dream, and we’re incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received along the way.
